Registration is now open! St. Mary and St. Joseph parishioners are invited to our first-ever mission trip to Mexico City. This five-day journey will be a life-changing encounter with Christ through service, prayer, and pilgrimage. We will serve the poorest of the poor alongside the ministry Hope of the Poor, an official apostolate of the Archdiocese of Mexico, and visit Our Lady of Guadalupe.
Each day will include breakfast, a Holy Hour, and Mass, celebrated at the convent or with those we serve. The trip is also a pilgrimage and retreat, with frequent visits to the Basilica of Guadalupe and daily reflections from the “I Thirst” retreat written specifically for Hope of the Poor missions.
All who are interested are encouraged to prayerfully discern whether the Lord is calling them to take part in this mission! Reach out to Mollie or Father Matya if you have any questions (both of have previously been on this trip and would love to share their experience).
